Designed for premium supplement brand "Vitality" — an Omega-3 portable bottle. We handled the entire chain from concept to mass production: bottle design, 3D prototyping, mold development, blow molding, screen printing, and final assembly — delivering a package that feels great in hand and stands out on the shelf.
The designer has created over 20 bottle concept sketches based on the capacity, shape, size, and other requirements requested by the client. Typesetting and auxiliary graphics have also been defined at this stage.

Precise modeling in Pro/E based on the 2D sketches, then rendered in C4D from multiple angles. The transparent body, frosted texture, and screen‑printed areas were visualized so the client could "see" the final product months in advance.

High‑hardness tool steel, 5‑axis CNC machining with cavity accuracy of ±0.02mm. Internal cooling channels ensure uniform wall thickness during blow molding. Parting lines and vents were optimized to minimize visible seam lines.

Preforms heated to 180°C and stretched/blown into shape; wall thickness controlled between 0.8‑1.2mm. Adjusting the stretch rod speed ensures even base thickness. Every 30 minutes we check sealing and verticality to guarantee batch consistency.

Fully automatic screen printers with custom meshes print the logo and product info onto the bottle. The ink is high‑temperature cured for strong adhesion and alcohol resistance. Two‑color registration error <0.1mm.

After 12 sampling rounds, the bottle achieves an excellent grip and visual impact. The screen‑printed graphics appear to float on the transparent surface. An anti‑slip texture was added to the base. Now in mass production, early market feedback is very positive.
